Computer Palace reserves the right to reject the return / refund / exchange request.

 

Please write down your claims for "damaged products during delivery" or lost products within 24 hours of receipt of purchases. If you decide to return your purchases, you can do so within 2 days after purchase. The following conditions apply:

 

• To return any product, please call our Customer Service Center at +9661126500017

 

• All returned products must be in new condition (as they are in the case of sale), in their original box, and they should include packing materials, blank warranty cards, manuals, flyers and all accessories.

 

• Goods must be complete, unused and in a "new" condition, as received. If the box is opened, we will not be able to return the product.

 

Attach the invoice to the returned product. If the goods are defective, please specify the defect on a separate sheet and attach it to the invoice. Please do not write or place a mark on the product packaging site (carton) or on the product itself.

 

Products must be returned to the returns department either alone or through a representative.

 

• Returned product delivery fees (returned products) must be paid and it is the customer"s responsibility.

 

• Send pre-approved returns to the address listed on the Contact Us page.

 

• The amount will be refunded to the same account that you paid for.
